This is my personal blog. I originally conceived of it as a sort of repository of stream-of-consciousness posts and also as an outlet for my personal writing. It was called Blogified Self, an adaptation of Quantified Self, a movement focused on personal tracking and measurement as a means to self-improvement. Along the way, the blog morphed into something else. Now, it’s just a place where I post various ideas I have, particularly when a personal experience crystallizes a lesson from a book, film or other source.

I’m a fan of brevity and try to keep my posts short enough that they can be read over a couple of sips of coffee. I try to post about once a season but restrict myself to posting only when I feel I have a genuine idea.

I’m in my 30s and live in Toronto, Canada.

Some of my personal favourite posts are below. You can also check out the archive to find posts by date of publication or subject.
